Syncing with YouTube videos
YouTube Integration
One of Museformer's most powerful features is its integration with YouTube. You can sync your analysis with any YouTube video, making it easy to follow along with the music.
Adding a YouTube Video
- Open your project settings
- Paste a YouTube URL in the video field
- Click "Sync Video"
- The video will appear in the video panel
Syncing Playback
Once a video is linked, the timeline and video are automatically synced. When you click on the timeline, the video jumps to that point. When you play the video, the playhead moves along the timeline.
Make sure the video duration matches your project duration. If they don't match, you may need to adjust your project settings.
Supported Videos
Most YouTube videos work with Museformer. However, some videos may be restricted by the uploader and won't play in embedded players. If you encounter issues, try a different recording of the same piece.
